Change of Mind

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases from us, and for this reason we offer returns for credit on our items for change of mind. Change of mind returns include colour, size and style. Our customers being happy is our number 1 priority and we want you to love our products just as we do, so please reach out to us with any concerns. 

  • All change of mind returns must be completed within 14 days of receiving your items.

  • Any item returned for change of mind must be returned in the condition you received it

  • All packaging/tags must still be intact

  • Items must not be washed and items must be in unused/unworn condition

  • There must be no perfume, animal hair or stains and free of odour on returned items

  • Items that are purchased on sale are final and are not eligible for a change of mind return

All shipping costs are non-refundable on change of mind returns. The cost to return your items are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please note that change of mind returns are eligible for a STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

How to return change of mind items

  1. Read through the above criteria to ensure your items meet the requirements for return;

  2. Reach out to us @maeandraebows.com noting your full name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address to send your order back to;

  3. Once your item has been sent and received back at our store, please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed;

  4. Once your return has been accepted, you will receive a credit note in the form of a gift card (no expiry) emailed directly to the email address used to place the order;

  5. Any returned items that do not meet the conditions stated above will be rejected and be sent back at the buyers expense; and

  6. If you are having any issues, please contact us @maeandraebows.com. 

Faulty Items

Whilst we have strict quality control procedures, unfortunately sometimes some items may slip through the cracks and not be up to our expected standard and quality. If you believe you may have received a faulty item, please email us as soon as possible @maeandraebows.com with your full name, order number and photos of the faulty product. 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Items purchased via a Stockist

When shopping Mae & Rae items through our authorised stockists, returns are at the discretion of the stockist. Please contact the store directly to further understand their individual purchase/returns policy.

Items purchased through our stockists are only able to be returned directly to their original place of purchase and not back through Mae & Rae.
