I have entered the wrong shipping address, can you help me?

Please contact us immediately with your full name, order number and correct address. If your order has not been shipped, we will update the details for you. If it has already left our warehouse, we may not be able to change the address.

Importantly, if your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or it is unclaimed, costs incurred to resend the order will be at the customers expense. Please always double check your details before finalising your order.  

I have accidentally added the wrong item, what do I do?

If your order has not been processed, we’ll do our best to amend it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the item you meant to order.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Yes — we offer store credits for change-of-mind returns (including colour, size or style) within 14 days. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer payment methods via Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, Union Pay, Afterpay, Paypal and Shop. 

How long does it take to get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days and delivered via Australia Post. During launches and sale periods, please allow additional time. Full details on delivery times can be found in our Shipping Policy.
