Refunds & Return Policy

At Mae & Rae, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, please review our refunds & returns policy below. 

Change of Mind Returns 

• We accept change of mind returns (including colour, size or style) within 14 days of receiving your order. 
• All change of mind returns are issued as a store credit only in the form of a discount code (with no expiry). 
• To be eligible, items must be: 
  • Returned in the original condition received
  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and free of odour, stains, perfume, or animal hair
  • With original packaging and tags intact
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind. 
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. 

How to Return a Change of Mind Item

1. Ensure your item meets the above conditions. 
2. Contact us at maeandraebows@gmail.com with your full name, order number and reason for return. 
3. We will provide the return address. 
4. Once we receive and approve your return, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. 
5. You will receive your store credit via email as a discount code with no expiry.

Any items returned that do not meet the above conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense. 

Faulty Items

We take great care in quality control, but if you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us at maeandraebows@gmail.com as soon as possible with your full name, order number and photos of the fault. 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 

• You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. 
• You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

Purchases via Stockists 

Items purchased through our authorised stockists must follow the stockist's own returns policy. Please contact the store directly for assistance.
