Pre-Order FAQ's

  1. All Pre-Orders are final + non-refundable;

  2. Pre-orders cannot be split.  If you purchase any "in stock" items alongside "pre-order" items, your order will be shipped once all stock has arrived. If you don't want to wait for the pre-order stock to arrive, please place two separate orders; 

  3. Pre-Order turn around time will be advised when placing your order in the variant description as well as your order confirmation. If you are unsure of the time frame, please email our customer service team at maeandraebows@gmail.com and they will be able to advise you further; and

  4. We reserve the right to cancel any pre-orders if we are unable to meet our MOQ for ordering. Orders will be refunded in full for any cancellations on our behalf.
